Perplexed. I love our life and all of the cool things we get to do. Making memories is a top priority and I usually subscribe to the "I’ll rest when I die" mindset.
But I’m SO tired sometimes! It feels like we geared up for the holidays last year and never slowed down. Just passed a physical and finished 3 races with respectable times. I’m more than half-way to the 5-year mark of being declared cancer-free; no complications since surgery. I don’t WANT to slow down, but I want to rest, too. Himself does more than his share & we’ve started hiring for the more physically strenuous chores, so that’s not an issue. I could spend a week away on an island if I wanted to, but I don’t want to. I guess maybe I just want to be 10 years younger!
