We have threads for certain topics. What’s for dinner, what did you eat for breakfast, what pisses you off, what annoys you. I think it’s about time we have a thread about nothing. It’s a thread for you to post anything your little heart desires. Express yourself in your own way. Your thoughts and feelings on life struggles, feelings on marriage, relationships, getting older, or whatever. Let’s keep it fresh and positive, and definitely silly

I love being silly. I just don’t like using somebody’s thread for that. I recently posted in @Cherrypop ’s thread what makes this place special for you. I’m pretty sure that’s the title, or close to it?

I fucked around just being silly. It had nothing to do with her thread question. She knows that I’m a little bit out there, but I reached out letting her know I was just being silly. That’s what made me post this thread

You can join in on the fun, I’d like that. If not I’ll just amuse myself and share my idiotic, stupid things that I might find funny, serious , or informative. This is a thread to post nothing but what you want. No specific question or topic. Just let it all hang out.

If ‘Nothing’ exists then it must be something, or, it could be something for nothing?

 

So I went to the tanning bed and where I go there are multiple stores close by. Outside the hair salon next door. Some dude was playing this on his phone dancing around being goofy. He smiled at me and was motioning me to come join in. I thought about ignoring him at first. Then I walked over and joined in for a few minutes. I think it made his day! I had forgotten about this silly song until he was jamming it. I laughed about the whole experience. I played it in my car on the way home. Lol

 

This meme cracks me up every time I see it. It is definitely my relationship with my bestie. I'll let you guess which one is me.

 

When one utilizes a matter transformation unit to bypass time and cover great distances the time involved is literally nothing.
One can go from this solar system to the farthest reaches of the Universe in literally the non blink of an eye.
POOF. And there you were and now you aren't, you're over there.

However.
Should the Matter Transformation Unit malfunction, or if one should mistakenly hit a warp worm distance stops but time continues. In this case, until the Matter Transformation Unit repairs itself and/or sorts out the warp worm discourse, one will be ......... well, one will be ............ stuck.

It happened to shooter once. He recalls thinking nothing. Doing nothing. Seeing nothing. Hearing nothing. Tasting nothing.
As malfunctions go, it wasn't a long one, only roughly about 37.4159823 seconds.
But as he reflected on the experience, Shooter realized, that must be what a blonde woman is like all the time.

It’s nice seeing everyone interacting and having fun about nothing in particular ❤️

I was thinking about my dad and how much I miss him over Father’s Day this past weekend. Of course I was thinking of the fond memories and fun times

I was thinking about the time I recently got my drivers license and purchased my first car. He was driving with me and totally busting my balls about how I was driving. Slow down, you haven’t missed a pothole yet, watch out for the truck pulling out

I finally told him if he didn’t like how I was driving he could get out and walk home. He told me to pull over and I did. Two thick headed Italians. We were pretty far away from home

I drove home telling my mother what I did. I felt bad and went looking for him. When I finally went back home I seen him sitting at the kitchen table. I apologized for leaving him out there in the middle of nowhere. I felt bad that it took him like 2 hours to walk home. My mother pulled me aside days later and told me don’t say anything to your father, he stopped into a bar and called a cab. He made me suffer for days. Taught me a lesson though. Just a little story I can share in here
