I am overly sensitive. My feelings get hurt over the simplest things. I just read the chapter on Step 10 in the 12 and 12 AA book, and that was one of the things it addressed - so while it's definitely a flaw, it's not uncommon and I'm working on it.

Im a classic case of body dysmorphia and imposter syndrome to name a few

 

Not sensitive. Biggest flaw is mine is small

 

Short-tempered and easily irritated by random things. When things don't go as intended, stuff starts flying around the house. I need a flat without windows so my stuff doesn't end-up in the street.

 

I overthink everything. When someone does something I always wonder why or if it means something more.

 

I just discovered a flaw. The fact of thinking that I had one turned out to be my flaw...

 

I can be extreme at times, and overly focused or fixated on certain paths that lead to things most important to me...sometimes with blinders on that can and have cause me to miss an opportunity in the moment. Also, I can be a little too much of a schedule whore but in my defense, the girls, work, and my back force me to manage my time all the time.

I have a very 'whatever' carefree attitude. It's worked for me for the last 67 years but it does sometimes seem to upset others.

I’m always running late. Always. I’m convinced that I have an invisible time portal in my home and when I walk through it I’m transported to half an hour later. I’m incapable of being early.

 

I can be extremely insensitive when I get overburdened or tired. I tend to turn less palatable pain, like betrayal and grief into something I can work with and enjoy, rage, which is not good for the people around me. I am completely intolerant of people who won't re evaluate when FACTS are presented, especially those who don't seem to know there IS a difference between a fact and an opinion and can't tell which is which. 2 + 2 equals 4 is a fact. Hinder is better than Nickleback is an opinion. I am lazy when it comes to dealing with others, my kids don't have ANY life skills because it was just easier to do it myself then fight with them to help and then have to teach them how to do. And my poor Mom suffers a lot from my short temper with her, she is a fine woman, but we are too different, she drives me nuts. And I am so misogynistic at times I even hate my Mom, daughter and best friend/ ex wife just for acting like women and not being rational. And that would be a flaw too, believing women aren't rational, but I am a Gemini, its not JUST women, its also the other 11/12s of the population who are NOT Gemini. I am pretty sure that is maybe the top 5% of the vast bucket of crap that are my flaws. All overwhelmed by one simple virtue... I try to love and respect EVERYONE. My Dad was better at it, but I am trying to be more like him all the time.

Wrath, sloth and greed of the 7 deadly sins. Temper can run short but is much better than it used to be, I fallnoff the wagon on things quite easily mainly due to overall apathy and greed is just greed. I like excess.

 

I don't have a lot of patience. And sometimes I don't hide that fact very well. lol

 

I am a whirlwind of chaos. I'm messy, I'm a hothead, and I have a SHARP tongue. And I leave everything to the last minute. So many things.

 

I've been catching myself doing this too. Taking unknown things personally, overthinking with negative imagination, wondering what I did that was wrong... A month later it turns out that it had nothing to do with me! But I usually come to a point where I realize that I'm doing this and choose to give it a rest.

 

^ That, but it balances with also the simplest things making me happy.

I also don't handle uncertainty well, I *need* to know what is going on. I can be flexible, but don't leave me in the dark as to what is happening.

And I'm having a hard time with changes, it takes me longer than most getting used to.
