The answer is no. The electors are obligated to cast their votes for the candidate that won said votes. There was a story about an elector in Washington State that didn't want to cast his vote for Hillary despite the legal ramifications before the election took place.

I don't doubt it there's many on both sides that don't like Trump as it's well known. But we're back to the the slippery slope again. Electors are expected to cast their votes for the candidate the voters choose not the candidate they choose. The irony is this is almost the same thing that went on during the primaries with all the speculation about a brokered convention.

You must all consider the fact that Trump won way more then the required electoral votes then necessary. So unless there's mass defections then these few refusals don't matter.



Now if it did happen it wouldn't be a good thing. Just looking at the map you see the states each candidate won and how if the will of the voters being ignored could tear the country apart.
