    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

      I consider Tavis' background and his prime constituency for his show. Even w/that, there are cultural angles of other ethnicities that I get to appreciate in occasional interviews..

      Watching Tavis Smiley would be as culturally disaffecting as it is for Tavis's REGULAR viewers watching what they consider as racially-centered perspectives. Tavis is such the exception to the normal broadcast fare that the contrast of content and style is black-n-white..

    There is a new show that History Channel ordered and will air in a few weeks called "Six" ... it has a 10 million dollar budget for 8 episodes so I think sand (which is cheap) will make up a lot of the background scenery.

    Without History Channel, H2, Nat Geo and Showcase TV would be a lot less interesting.

    Shameless and I've been rewatching the Breaking Bad marathon on AMC, simply fantastic. And for a 30 min sitcom, Life In Pieced is damn funny.

    Back in the day....
    There were a host of prime-time entertainment I WOULDN'T miss on a nightly basis. the fate of circumstances took control about 20-30 years ago.. and stayed that way until 2013, when my evening and weekend work came to an end. By that end, my own attitude from my experience and observations of others affected by how the media was (the coverage of Princess Diana's death made me aware of how media is designed to affect and manipulate. Art Bell's late night radio program after my evening shift along with the explosion of the internet and me getting online w/a WebTv, made post-11pm TV watching a white elephant).
    By the time 2010 allowed me to reintroduce myself to Prime Time entertainment, I was estranged from most entertainment broadcasts not sports-related

    I used to like Vikings until they decided to make Lagertha a lesbian in the interest of medieval political correctness . Then my favorite show became Mr robot until it completely stopped making sense.

    New School Show: The Big Bang Theory (the first 6 seasons)

    Old School Show: Three's Company, Love Boat and Fantasy Island. It's good to see some of the big stars from the 70's & 80's guest star in the last two shows.
