  3. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

Background; When I was younger, really younger, I caught an older friend of my brother jerking off. He asked me to suck his cock and I agreed to. So I did. He didn't cum and pushed me off before he finished but I watched him shoot his load aqll over his belly.
Was it sexual abuse? I don't feel like I was abused. I kind of liked it.

Um i'm think if he was over 18 and you were much younger than he that the letter of the law would say your brothers friend was wrong because you were underage but I suppose that since it was not brought to the attention of the law he's ok unless you want to jump on the , ''I was sexually abused when I was a child by so and so bandwagon '' It's not breaking the law if you don't get caught. Until you do.

Mayling is right, if you are younger than the age of consent where you reside then you CANNOT consent!!

I know , in California anyway that even two minors cannot have consensual sex and that some are even being charged as a sex offender for it and having it on a record that they have been convicted for it and i am unsure it is something that is removed from their record when they turn 18 like most things are when you turn 18 and they are expunged, but I may be wrong and if someone knows please correct me.

I only know British law and over here.... nothing is expunged....
Even a police caution for a teenage misdemeanour remains on record indefinitely...
I interviewed plenty a squirming candidate who had to divulge some stupid prank that went wrong! Poor bastards.... I could feel their pain!!!
I respected those who were upfront about it and some got the job.... I never discriminated against ex-cons... some proved to be the most conscientious and positive members of the workforce and team...
It’s the ones that get away with it and appear to be the pillars of society that cause the worst damage and worry me✨

Exactly, We know a guy who did some things that were really criminal and his attorney who was really connected with a lot of the judges in the court when defending him he said, ''your Honor Mr. so and so is a pillar of society and an upstanding member and asset of our community.''

    Let me ask you this.
If you had a daughter who was the same age you were when this occurred and you caught her blowing a man who was the age the boy you're talking about was, would you think it was ok?

As others have said, it's not an issue of whether or not you liked it or did it voluntarily. It is an issue of whether or not you were old enough to consent. The youngest age of consent in the US is 16. Some states it is 17 and a few it is 18.

Pedophiles (attracted to children 10 and under) and hebephiles (attracted to early adolescents) will groom their victims by treating them nice, giving them gifts and doing everything they can to gain the child's trust. Nevertheless, a young person CANNOT give legal consent.

If you were underage and he wasn't, then I believe it was abuse.
And I think the law in most jurisdictions, would agree with me.

Now people are trying to change the law. It is not a felony for underage kids to send sexual pictures over their phones but it is if you are above legal age.
Sort of hard to understand. One day a person can send all of the sexual pics they want and it not be a felony but the next day it is a felony to send the same pics.
If only one person is underage they can send all of the sexual pics they want but if the person they are sending them to is legal age their ass is in trouble.
The laws are becoming stranger every day.

Without trying to sound purient, it is hard to discuss this without knowing the ages of those involved. The degree to which it is illegal or abusive would depend on that information.
The same act could have different ramifications based on the age difference.

Fuck you to. That is my opinion.
The kids are shooting up places because the parents do not care enough to raise them.
The kids are allowed to break many laws just because of their age. Laws that would put a frown person in jail.
We just had one school shooting that was caused of no one doing anything when the shooter even put it on the internet that he was going to do it.
It was reported to the FBI. They looked at it and dismissed it. Now 17 kids are dead because people made excuses for the killer because of his age.

I never said i did not agree that kids are fucked up. Parents are fucked up. Laws are fucked up. This whole world is a complete mess!! Noone has love in their hearts. But we have to stop blaming others for these kids actions. Even as parents we tend to blame ourselves. The judical system is messed up!!! True that two people can commit the same crime and have two totally different punishments. One may get a pat on the back while the other gets the book thrown at them. Most of that depends on who you are and who you know or how much money you have. Which is pretty screwed up. But i still stick with my opinion that it is wrong to have sexual relations with someone underage when your of age. And i do not see things getting any better any time soon. Times have changes. Peoples morals have changed. And not for the better.

No, parents do not blame themselves. That is one part of the problem. If parents were held responsible for the havoc their little darlings sew it would help.
As it is today the parents can allow their kids to have a bomb making factory in their bedroom and use the same old excuse when something happens. "We didn't have any idea" excuse. How the hell can parents not know what their kids are doing right under their own roof?
Parents are too busy to bother with kids and do not want anyone else preventing their kids from becoming murderers.

All i can say is you think it is so easy!! Well i as a parent am totally involved and try to teach my kids right from wrong. Even to the point of damaging my own mental health with worry. But even still they do things they should not. It is impossible to control their every move. And you have to tread carefully. Do you want to have no contact with them as they go about with their destructive behavior due to them pushing us away? It is hard to be a parent in this fucked up world. But i am done discussing this with you.......btw pretty classy of you to say fuck you to a lady.;)

Parents look for ways to make it hard. You can't wait until they fuck up before trying to teach them right from wrong.
Kids will always do things wrong. That is how they are supposed to learn. They send those kids to school to a place where they are allowed to run wild. If there is a teacher that tries to make them obey during school that teacher will soon be out of a job. No matter what a kid does the parents will fight anyone who would say anything just so they will not have to pay attention to their own kid.

Just look at this last school shooting. He even put it on the internet, he wanted to be a world famous school shooter. Even the FBI was notified. Still we have 17 dead kids. Wonder how many laws he broke before he thought murder would look good on his resume? He just didn't wake up one morning and grab his gun and started shooting.
Laws are laws. It doesn't matter the age of the person breaking a law.

Sexual maturity isn't a given at any age, it's a development that can be stunted in the growth given through awkward beginnings and we've all been sexually immature (and some still are) in varying degrees? @RCummings

If you were underage at the time and the male is an adult, it doesn't matter if you were wet, slick, damp or whatever, it was still considered Abuse in a legal sense simply because a minor can be easily manipulated by adults. Underage definition varies from jurisdiction, state and country. So on here, this being an international forum, this issue and others like this, tend to muddy the waters a bit and you'll get different answers.

In our current justice system, all children and some adults are deemed "incapable of consent." This means, no matter how they cooperative, or eager to participate, any adult who entices them to do something illegal, is guilty of an additional crime, beyond the basic crime. It doesn't matter if you liked it, or not.

We don't allow a pedophile or child molester to use that defense.
