Prominent Democrats are coming out very strongly saying the Fairfax accuser is credible and calling for a very intense investigation of the sexual assault allegations. Which means Fairfax will probably be forced to resign because even though its a he said she said if the accuser is more believable he is doomed.

And as I have said before I have never seen a cluster fuck like this where the top three officials of a state are all accused of inappropriate behavior. But damn if some observers are saying that might actually protect all three from resigning because they can point fingers at each other saying if he doesn't have to resign why should I?

But there is another aspect emerging which is when the AG stepped forward and admitted he also wore blackface once he unlike Northam he did everything right and could easily be forgiven. So he is now the most likely candidate to become governor because it does look like neither Northam nor Fairfax is going to be able to survive.
