I am 46 and I really find younger girls (legal age and above) attractive. Yet are they really attracted to older men? Or is it just some dumb porn played out fantasy that been driven into men by the industry over time? What are your thoughts? I would love to hear from every one on this issue.

From a scientific perspective, its all about survival of the species.
Younger women (18 - 20) , statistically speaking, have about a 25% chance of conception. And over the next 20 or so years, this chance drops. At about 36 years of age, her sex drive is at its peak, getting eggs fertilized before menopause.
Granted, this is over-simplified and broad-brushed with statistics.
Now, as individuals get more life-experiences, their tastes can, and sometimes will change. And sometimes, a person's introduction to an idea makes all the diffirence on how it is percieved. That is life.

 

Obviously never base anything on porn. Older is also a relative term. College age girls mature a bit faster, and will find older, more established guys more attractive than some frat dude. A guy with his own place, car and steady employment is very attractive to a lot of young women. Also women want sex just as much as guys do. So if some much older man who's still in decent shape shows interest in her, why not give him a go. He's likely very experienced and maybe still good in bed. Again he's likely retired and looking to enjoy his remaining years perhaps with a younger woman.

There was a Seinfeld episode where Elaine was dating a much older man. She was planning to break up with him, but he has a stoke. So she has to nurse him. That is a matter of the younger preference as it is for any other age woman young or old as well as it is for men. I am attracted to and fond of an older man that I married him and he is 26 years older than I. I could have fell in love with a younger man or one of my own age and that would have been that but I didn't I fell for my papi.

It's not that complicated. Younger women find older men attractive, if they happen to be attractive. Whether she wants to fuck him or not, is decided on a lot of other factors.

No. I don't think it a dumb question. I think there is quite a bit going on between young and older males and females.
Generally speaking, some younger women like older men because they are more reserved and treat them more respectfully. Plus, most know how to make love to a woman as opposed to quickly fucking her so they can hurry over to their buddy's place to play video games.
