Moslem or Muslim, a difference with no real distinction for English speakers. Both are basically just different spellings for the people who follow Mohammed and his Islamic Ideology.

I do know, understand and acknowledge that people who believe in the Islamic Ideology prefer to be called "Muslims" because that spelling, in Arabic, means "one who gives himself to Allah.

But there is another spelling, "Moslem" which means "One who is evil and unjust" That is the historically correct spelling and the preferred meaning for people who have been the victims of this barbaric and brutal ideology.

What is the right thing to do? Do we owe "Muslims" the courtesy of calling them by the name they prefer, which is Politically Correct and would go along with "religion of peace" which is the other big lie they like to tell about themselves.

Or should we call them "Moslems" which is the name they’ve earned, the name they deserve and the name that describes them best.

It would seem a hard decision to make until you think about the hundreds of millions of people who’s lands these followers of Mohammed have plundered, who’s cultures they destroyed, who’s people they forced to become Moslems, who’s men they murdered, and who’s women and children they raped and sold as slaves. Do we forget about all that and tell the victims of Moslem ambition that they don’t have a right to call Moslems what they know is true just to be politically correct?

Maybe the Moslems, or the Moslem apologist, can help us with this dilemma and educate us. Maybe they can tell us why we should ignore 1400 years of history and current events, so we can learn to see things "their way." Maybe if we were properly educated we could grow to understand Moslems and learn to call the followers of Mohammed what they prefer.

 

Simple enough - look it up. Merriam-Webster simply defines Moslem as a variant of Muslim.

 

Without due process and the rights to privacy each of us is essentially living at the mercy of the surveillance state. I think.

We know that. Moslem and Muslim are variants of the same thing. However, hush as brought up that in Arabic (we are not Arabic) There are two meanings depending on the spelling. Muslim, "one who gives himself to Allah".... and Moslem, which means "One who is evil and unjust"

The question is... what should we call the followers of Mohammed? Should we call them Muslims, which is what they want to be called or should we call them Moslems, which is the name they have earned and the name that describes them?

I guess the best way to put that is... Do we call a spade a spade or do we do what is politically correct?

Personally, I don't believe in rewarding bad behavior by decorating it with flowers. If they want the meaning of their name to change, they should change their behavior.

 

I love flowers.

 

But abhor bad behavior unless it's sexually related. i think.

 

I have used both over the years talking with Muslims. I have never been rebuked for using either form. When I was younger it was Moslem. Muslim began to gain popularity, as best I can recall, with the growth of the Black Muslim group in America.

I really don't know how to post information about videos on XN but other posters do it so I'll try and see if this works.
If it doesn't work I'll tell you what you would have seen. It's a video that interviews Moslems that live in America. One of the questions is, what do they think about replacing US law with sharia law.

They all say they want sharia law and that's only natural, after all, that's what their religion tells them to want. True Moslems will always do whatever their religion tells them to do. That includes going into jihad mode when the time comes to turn the US into an Islamic state. That's why I think we should not let them into the US.
