I must admit....I'm a bit curious how the leftists are going to react when the Senate acquits Trump, about Monday afternoon.

 

How will they react?
1) They will claim the trial was rigged.
2) That deplorable senators blindly voted party line, not conscious or solemn duty (ignoring that despicables also blindly voted party line rather than conscious or solemn duty)
3) That the despicables cheated somehow
4) That the Russians did it.
5) but the most common reaction will be;

But, as we know, when snowflakes need a safe space, they want a blanket, a cookie, maybe some juice, something soft to cuddle (Please, PLEASE no live animals, the ASPCA is still in our shit!!) and a dark quiet place to curl up in. Beds need to be bolted to the floors and/or walls, and probably could be eliminated all together, since the little vermin are just as happy curled up on the floor as in a bed. Chairs are pretty much just a weapon unless they are firmly bolted to the floor. Very much appreciate the toilet stalls, but Shooter thinks it's probably a waste, since most snowflakes in crisis just shit wherever they are when the urge catches them.

No idea what you've covered the floors and walls with, but it should all be easy to clean, fairly soft or resilient and probably able to hide stains. Anything accessible should be unbreakable and not able to be weaponized.

What are your thoughts on segregating the sexes? On one hand, women seem to have a calming effect on the savage beasts, but on the other hand, we don't need them procreating...…….

So, here's Shooters take on the last decade or so.

We had an economically challenged president who did not see the danger of the housing market heading for the wall. he was focused on fighting a war we could not win, that should have been avoided, that would have been avoided except for the misguided advice of our intelligence community.

We elect Barack Obama cause, a) the economy and b) it was the politically correct thing to do. Whether by design or ignorance, corruption and arrogant "daddy knows best" attitudes flowered under the 8 years of Obama. Obama gets some credit for pulling the US out of what easily could have become a long term recession, but in doing so, managed to waste literally Trillions of dollars and handicapped millions of Americans.

Next, we elect a pompous gas bag, a smart businessman with the morals of an alley cat and who lacks any form of filter or editing on his mouth. The good news is, we avoided putting a career, corrupt, criminal in the oval office and at the same time elected the one candidate who could truly light up the economy. The last 3 years have seen an economy unlike anything in recent history, trade deals that do not favor our trading partners, and a real hamstringing effort on needless government interference in our lives.

Naturally, the corrupt and arrogant bureaucrats who blossomed under Obama see Trump as a threat to their cushy situation and are determined to destroy him. So far, they have failed.

What needs to happen after Trump is reelected (an all but forgone outcome) is to root out those corrupt bureaucrats and jail or fire them. Trump needs to continue his foreign trade efforts while avoiding another senseless war in the Mideast.

Shooter thinks he will do it, and that history will record his presidency as the most effective but most controversial administration in history.

And after Trump?

That will depend on two things; How effective Trump is getting rid of the corruption, and how the despicables react to getting their collective asses kicked in 2020.

I don't think I could have said it better myself.

Nancy Pelosi is just hands down the best, smartest, and effective Speaker of the House I have seen in my lifetime. She really does make me proud to be a Democrat. And all this is a good example of why. They can vote not to remove the Chosen One from office but neither Trump nor them will be "acquitted." And the House investigations and court fights to protect the Constitution and its checks and balances will continue. And will uncover the most corrupt and criminal president in US history along with his crime family.

Realistic Democrats believed that they can win the House and Presidency but in an honest assessment winning the Senate seemed out of reach. But not now. It appears Moscow Mitch has handed the Democrats the majority on a silver platter. The attack ads are writing themselves and as more and more evidence comes out the Republicans in the Senate will be proven more and more corrupt.

Trump will never be free of the charges. Even the Republicans are willing to admit he is guilty, But not guilty enough to remove him from office.

**This is a no bullshitter. Trump's legal defense team willingly and knowingly lied during this trial which is in fact enough to get lawyers disbarred. We’ll all knew this stage of grief was coming and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has welcomed it in her trademark style.

Pelosi gave a press conference yesterday in which she was asked (by a supposed unbiased journalist) whether Trump would be checked by the House’s actions or if he’d be “emboldened” because of the coming acquittal.


Her answer? That Trump isn’t real acquitted or something.

Well, alrighty then.

Apparently, the 17 witnesses and mountains of documents presented during the Senate trial don’t count. Only new, 11th hour witnesses called at the end of the trial count as “having witnesses.” Makes sense.

This entire line of argument is ridiculous. One, a Senate trial is what the Senate says it is. Two, you can absolutely have a trial without calling witnesses who were not part of the discovery process. In fact, it’s exceedingly rare (perhaps unheard of but let’s skip the absolutes) for a witness to just appear at a trial having not been part of the discovery process. In this case, the House filled that role and chose not to pursue John Bolton.

Further, a common refrain is that Trump is the only impeachment trial to “not have witnesses.” That’s misleading. As mentioned, his trial did have witnesses. Video and statements by 17 different witnesses were shared. But further, the Clinton impeachment did not allow new witnesses either. Only three people that had been previously called and interviewed by the House were allowed to give further clarification on their remarks via a closed door session. In fact, Democrats argued against the allowing of any late, “bombshell” witnesses, which is exactly what Bolton would be.

Here’s the reality. Trump, if he’s acquitted, will be acquitted. No amount of ridiculous spin will change that. Not from Nancy Pelosi, not from Chuck Schumer, and not from Adam Schiff.

 

Trump is terrified of Speaker Nancy Pelosi. And with good reason. Pelosi sees right through Trump, his corruption, crimes, and mental illness. She is far more intelligent and experienced than he could have imagined and is beating him at his own games every step of the way.
