    there's rocks and islands all around their track in to here
    and they've hit the base of a rock.

    Not just any rock.
    You can't see it , but immediately in front of the boat ,
    is a 760 foot rock ,
    lit up like a fucking Christa's tree at night.
    (they hit it at 2 in the morning)

    They were lucky.
    They missed this rock at least

    I have fished around that rock.


    Given it was four hours out to sea , comming home from 90 miles out ,
    they were at leas 40 to 50 miles out when the skipper went to bed ,
    and there was 20 miles littered with rocks and islands dead ahead ,
    they were very lucky to reach within a few hundred yards of their destination
    And
    to not hit something that sent them to the deep blue bottom.

      Their sense of smell is incredible!!! One time I had ants in my car of all places!! They climbed up ONE single blade of grass that was barely touching my car tire and they found a piece of candy that one of my kids had left in a pocket area in the back seat!!

      They probably did! I only noticed after I saw some others on my end table. Then I saw there were a bunch of dead ones near where I kept my homemade booze. I figured they got attracted by the booze (it is basically sugar) then expanded. They never really went for anything other than booze and the new mango Pepsi... and poison. They're bringing out their dead now, though! They're hell to get rid of

      I've got cats too. I use the enclosed traps. The scent comes out the top and the ants go in the bottom. The cats don't seem interested. I've just got the small black ants, though. If you have the big black ants, they're probably carpenter ants and will eat your wood in your house.

      I think the traps were like $5 for 4 and they seem to be working. They say 2 weeks, but mine took almost 3. They work for 3 months though.
