I'd have to say you were wrong umpire2. I've taken a few and noticed a significant difference my favorite is actually that Rock Hard Weekend. Works great for me I would usually take 2 instead of one but night and day when I use it.

 

They seem to work wonders for me.

It does work but don't expect it to work like Viagra. It a vitamin supplement will take a couple of weeks to get into your system. But it does work.

 

As for size...you have what you are going to get and thats it. If you want a harder erectin though a great way to get that is to exercise to boost testosterone production, follow a healthy diet and start taking arginine before sex.
