Once two policemen beat me up by mistake. I lost a week's work from the beating that I was not paid for and a contact lens. It's a long story. They thought I was someone else. It was such a freakish event I have not drawn conclusions from it. I still like and admire the police. I have also been robbed at gunpoint, mugged, and nearly murdered by criminals. I hate criminals.
