I believe that if (1) you and your sex partner are married and (2) you are not involving another person(s) in your sex act, and (3) you are not lusting about someone else in your mind, and (4) your partner also wants to do it, then nothing you do is a sin. Oral, anal, manual, doesn't matter. However, if any of these 4 criteria are not met, then anything you do sexually is a sin. This is a Biblical perspective, as I see it.
