Two funny things happened to me when I got home from work my family is nuts lol . First I had perform a mini concert. . Now I’m tired after a 15 hr day lol. But they made me sing anyway . The second funny thing will be posted in the big foot section . Lol

In the morning after the rain Last night we had another powerful storm the longest rolling thunder I think I’ve ever heard in my life and some beautiful lightning displays. But it’s nice this morning so far lol

I lost an argument.

I spent yesterday with a dear friend; she’s a hairdresser. Hair salons are still closed at the moment, and hers needs some ... shall we say attention, colour-wise.

That prompted a conversation about hair colour, and I mentioned being a brunette. She said no, I have blonde hair. Uh, no?

My hair has changed over the years, certainly; I spent my childhood and young adulthood as a strawberry blonde. It went lighter through my teens and early 20s, then went incrementally darker over time, until it was (what I would call) brown.

She said to take a photo of my hair in diffuse light, and really look closely at the colours of the individual strands. She told me I’d find red, and blonde (and yeah, grey, but I don’t mind that, I actually kinda love it) and little to no brown. It only looks brown when the light isn’t shining on it.

I just took this photo, fully intending to send it to her with a smug emoji. But dangit, she’s right, and I was wrong.

The weather just turned cool after the a/c went out with 100+ degree days. The cool weather should hold out till we get it fixed. Dodged another bullet.

They're having a Trump boat parade on the lake today. I decorated the boat with American flags and Trump signs.
But what makes me smile is the JAIL HILLARY sign I put on the front. LOL

A basic outline. It's far more complicated. The best form of the game is over 5 days. Once you get into it, it's fascinating.

If you are going to watch a game start with the shortest version 20 20.

I realised that there was no way I could explain cricket to some one who has no idea of the game.
