I, myself am very inexperienced there and make no bones about it. (unintentional pun there)
In fact, up until about, 2 or 3 decades ago, I wouldn't even have a 3-way involving a 2nd guy. But with age comes wisdom they say. I'm not sure if I am any wiser, But I do know that there is more out there I want to experience, and posturing has never been a good way to get anything.

I think that a lot of guys. (Whether they want to admit it or not) are actually afraid of same sex situations, not because they have anything against someone with similar genitalia. But because they fear what I have heard so many women voice concern over. The man physically overpowering them and forcibly doing with they will.

I find that most men who show aggression toward women, do so because they feel their own masculinity challenged in some way. By my age, there is nothing to be challenged. I have nothing to prove and just want to relax and have some fun.

 

That makes sense; and I think if you're curious, it'd be wise to actually talk a long bit before meeting up - even facetime to size each other up and see if you're actually talking to a genuine person or Buffalo Bill. Guys complain a lot about women doing the 'penpal' thing on dating sites but there's a good reason for that; we're trying to scope things out so we don't get forced to do something we don't want to do. Can't trust everyone.

 

I myself am guilty of not using any dating apps or the like. Perhaps this is the new social norm, but I cna't get into it. I'm from the Old School. I will invite someone out for coffee. But I was also raise in an era where you commonly used, Ma'am, and Sir, and held chairs out and doors open, not just for women, but as a courtesy everyone. I never expect someone to meet me any place they aren't comfortable. But I am coming to find out that it is only the clothes of the 60's and 70's that people are interested in. Not the manners and sensibilities that our parents used to teach us.

 

It's like a hookup bar you don't have to doll yourself up for until you meet. I'd rather take my chances on there than giving some random my phone number while I was shitfaced - I don't think that 'old school' way was much better lol.

 

Nothing is perfect, I suppose. I don't blame you for not wanting to give out info when you're 3 sheets to the wind. Myself, I don't drink. I don't mind if others do, but I also prefer not to have a first meeting with someone who'd been drinking.
Frankly, I do prefer getting "Dolled up" as you put it. I think it says a lot about someone if they are willing to clean themselves, and put on a clean and pressed shirt to make a first impression. Yup...I'm a hopeless Old man who just doesn't fit the new social scenes. But I'm comfortable with that and have no regrets about it. I also know that every women I dated, Had a relationship with or married, is still friendly with me and we hang out whenever we get around each other.

 

Cool story - but tightness doesn't matter when the male orgasm is more easily achievable than taking a dump.
