If you're having trouble holding it in, then maybe you need to start doing keegle (sp) excersises. Maybe you've used the same size for so long with out working those muscles, it can't hold it in anymore.

 

I don’t know if there are any secrets to keeping a but plug in. I have two butt plugs. One I can keep in for about 30 minutes before my ass rejects it. The bigger on will go in and set it’s self then my ass want’s to reject it almost right away. The body naturally rejects foreign objects.

I have come up with a way that I can keep a butt plug in for several hours. Get "Options " Bladder control pads the largest they make ("Ultimate") also a roll of Duck Tape and a tummy control girdle. Take three pads and paste them together. Lubricate your anus and butt plug. Insert the plug in your anus and place the pads in the crack, making sure that the plug isn’t going to slip past the pads. Tale several strands of Duck Tape and tape the pads in place. Pull on the tummy girdle making sure it is pulled up as tight as possible.


Try this. It works for me and I spend 8 hours a day at a desk at my work. I always carry extras be cause I still have to defecate a couple of time a day.


Guys don’t worry about being caught wearing the girdle. If you are careful no one will notice. In my case I use the ladies room. That’s one of the advantages of being Transgendered.

The secret (so I've been told) is to get one that is pinched in VERY small at the end (but obviously with a large enough base that it doesn't go ALL THE WAY inside and never come out). Think of like a 2-litre bottle. If you held it upside down and thought of the cap versus the bottle (proportionately of course).

The theory being that the actual sphincter (sp?) tightens around that little spot but the bulk of the plug is inside you. Another thing to consider is the size of the base. Obviously you want it to be big enough to keep it from gettin lost "in there". But you also want it to either be far enough away from the "choke (the small part the sphincter goes around)" or small enough that your ass cheeks don't keep it from resting inside you properly.
