Perhaps not literally, but I'm interested to hear what stories / authors the community would recommend for awards or accolades. Stories with intriguing creative plots that held your attention beyond the hanky panky lol.

 

Have you read the threads in the stories forum?
50% of them have zero punctuation and it's a giant wall of words.
Of the remaining 50%, half of those are horribly written by people (mostly guys pretending to be women) who have almost zero sexual experience (you can tell by reading it)
The remaining ones all involve meth, incest (actual blood relations or step-family), rape (but the woman really loves it), bestiality or humiliation.
Each of the authors think they've come up with an original spin but it's just the same tripe over and over again.

 

Oh l meant beyond just the XNXX forum, Literotica in general. Any that stood out in your memory above the rest? Even if it's like that fanfic of Hogwarts and the giant squid lol. Do any plots live in your head rent free for accolades for the best or worst?

While the greatest majority of us posting in G/D are definitely more literate than those posting in Sexuality, Personals, or Sex Stories threads, we're here for just a bit of fun. Having said that:

What genre are you interested in? Mystery, military, romance (none deserve awards - that's for sure), historical, what?
In my opinion, I like a combination of mystery and military thriller. Clancy, Greaney, Child, Cussler, and so on. Then there is Stuart Woods - mystery but very easy reads. You know, the type you read in a day or two. Sue Grafton (god rest her soul) and the A, B, C series she had. Crichton, Grisham, and Lawrence Sanders are some more murder mystery types. William Bernhardt writes legal mystery stories set in Tulsa, OK. If you want a different style, try Andrew Greeley (god rest his soul), especially his Father Blackie Ryan stories. FYI - for those who don't know, Andrew Greeley was known as Father Andrew Greeley, catholic priest.
