Are there any serious methods to keep men lasting longer during sex? I was earlier a premature ejaculator , and came pretty fast, and it was annoying as hell. Any tips?

While you're jacking off (or having sex, though that could be annoying), right before you are about to cum, then gently squeeze the underside of the head of your dick, and you will cool down, and you can continue doing what you're doing. Do this as many times as you possible can. Then repeat this for a couple of weeks/months.

There's also another method but I don't know how to explain it :lol: :roll:

 

I find that good foreplay helps alot, the more exicted you get during foreplay and the closer you get to cummming the longer you last during intercourse.

If you're curious about the kegal thing, it's just contracting that muscle that helps you choke off piss when you have to pee. If you've never done it, it will take some time to build it up.
