I'm damn near a professional at it! I can honestly deep throat myself and I do it quite often; about twice a week. So here's a few tips from a pro

1. Obviously you have to be at least somewhat flexible and kinda skinny. So if your overweight and out of shape or even overly muscular, I'm sorry; you may have to jus lay down, shoot your load on your face and consider it close enough.

2. I usually plan ahead. In the daytime if I get horny, I'll start stretching then. Toe touches are pretty good but it's not enough, you need to bend your spine. What I do is suck my gut in and bend where my stomach folds. But be warned: You WILL be bending at the spine so yes it's pretty unsafe.

3. DO NOT EAT ALOT!!! If you do decide to have a heavy meal, I suggest either waiting a few hours (2 or 3 should be fine) or go for a jog. If you eat right before, I promise you will vomit on yourself.

4. This is where it gets interesting and it's also pretty much a step by step guide. When I'm starting, I lay on my bed and relax. Then I usually put my arms under my leg, somewhere between my butt and knees, and bend forward toward my dick. If I can't instantly kiss it, I'll hold that position for a good 10 seconds, take a few deep breathes, then lie flat on my back or even do a few backwards bends to counter stretch. I usually jus repeat that process over and over until I'm balls deep on myself and yes, I do get balls deep but to do that you really have to force yourself down.

Overall, I love doing this. I'm 20 years old, single, and don't get a lot of action so why wouldn't I? But yes it does come with back pains but as long as I stretch, it's fine.

When I was younger I could get 1-2" in my mouth by rolling my hips over my head. I thought those days were behind me, but the other day, I tried it for shits n giggles and was able to lick the tip. Gonna keep trying so I can suck the tip again and feel my hot load get shot in my mouth again.
