  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

Just out of interest... As we all know we tend to get older and older and less and less works on us. Like many of you on two wheels I have various exacerbated problems so will end up losing a portion of my mobility. So to this end I have decided while I still am young enough and stupid enough that I will build a scorpion.
It's going to be a massive rubbish thing. But you have to start somewhere. I have decided to use a crapped out Chinese 200cc four wheeler. I will post a few pictures as I go to give you all a laugh.

God I miss riding. Got up one morning in 2008, came off the mountains across US 50 through Utah and Nevada headed for California and made a new friend on the way. Sam was an ex-FAC pilot in Vietnam. We rode across western states together once in a while, stayed in touch. He passed away from bladder cancer a few years ago now. I still think about him... though. Road friends are the best kind.

We stopped in Ely, NV for a picture.

I don't want to jinks myself here, but six months ago thought my riding days were done, now, haven't been on a bike, but the only thing stopping me now is, my bikes are in Texas, I will be in Indiana for the winter. By the time I can get down to Texas to bring em up here, riding season will be done. Got my eye set on spring, and God willing will live in the wind again.

Hell seasons are just a calendar, buy a set of insulated Carhardt farm overalls. I bought a snowmobile suit and used it. If I had a couple of 60 degree days in January and February and the roads were open it was riding season.

I have riden up here in some cold cold, 28° is the lowest, roads were dry and didn't have a choice on that one. Have done the Chicago toys for tots in the upper 30°s. I would be enjoying this mild fall right now, accept was suppose to be recovering this month, now it will be into December. If it were just the bikes to get, could of had that done, but got other business to take care of, and more stuff to move.

I salute you CR. Wish we could have done a run from TX to Sturgis. Hell I've gone off to other states to pick up riders before.

Before they were working with John Wayne and Clint Eastwood, Adam Rourke and William Smith were mainstays in the other genre of films being released by American Internation Films, Roger Corman's studios. Both were regular featured actors in B- biker flicks. Roarke had a supporting role in 'El Dorado' with John Wayne, and went on to do reoccurring rolls on 'Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea' and the original 'Star Trek'. Will Smith was Clint Eastwoods bare knuckle opponent in the Jackson hole, WY fight of the century in 'Any Which Way You Can' which he preceded with recurring roles in television westerns. Rourke passed in 1996 and Smith in 2021.

The other films American International produced were all the Frankie Avalon-Annette Funicello beach movies, and the Vincent Price-Jack Nicholson Edgar Allen Poe horror flicks.

Almost forgot, Rourke was one of the guys that hung Clint Eastwood in Hang 'Em High... and the last one Clint killed in the movie after LQ Jones. Ed Begley hung himself in the end.
