Not too difficult. I buzz my balls and the base of my cock 2 to 4 times a week with an electric shaver before I get in the shower, and if I think I might have some sexy fun that day, I shave the same areas with a twin blade razor and some hair conditioner as lubricant while I'm in the shower. Both processes can cause small nicks, but keeping the skin pulled tight usually prevents that.
