umm, the last time i did a thread like this, months ago, i was worried for my friend, and everybody fucking accused me of being my friend, i can't win with you people, i need someone to talk to because that child's life is going to be hell and neither of the parents care.

I didn't accuse you of being "your friend" nor would I care. I simply think this is a matter that as presented doesn't need any hands on action from you.

Relax with the emotional appeal and try to think objectively. If you want to talk to your friend have a go at it but you are not going to live his life his girl's life or the potential kid's life. If the problem is age, I am pretty sure they ask that when/if she is admitted to the hospital. Worry about your own life and don't call the fucking cops on people who aren't bothering you.

 

Just my 2 cents here.... this is the wrong place to be asking for advice on this topic. None of us know you or them so we would hardly be qualified to determine if you are right in your desire to have the baby taken away and the father jailed. And you comment that they continue to be underage and immature, well, we can't fix that no matter how hard we try.
Also it is odd that in the thread you started about this topic back in May, you were very concerned your friend might go to jaul, now you want to put him there. What gives?

 

Problem is, you're not going to save anyone. If the parents of the girl don't care, she'll just do it with someone else. If you get your friend in jail, he'll come out a worst criminal. If you get the baby taken away, it'll just end up in the cruel welfare system.

I think you should just back off and distance yourself from these people if their lifestyle upsets you so much.

 

at the hospital they will ask her age and the fathers name and age, if she gives it to them they are bound to call social services by law. then from there, the district attorney and social services may or may not charge him with statutory rape, their call. I have seen them refuse to (in another jurisdiction) refuse to prosecute a very serious crime not involving physical attack but financial attack, fully documented as a conspiracy for damage, too. Social services will likely take the child due to her age.

You are correct on this. Social Services, while not having the best brains in the business, still handle these situations reasonbly well, These crises are nothing new and unfortunately all too common in this world today. All three here are mindless, immoral characters and this whole subject here is suspect since he instituted a plea for help on an earlier thread.
If it is true the taxpayers in that state will just wind up paying for some other irresponsible asshole's progeny.

 

Never, ever, EVER call DSS. They are essentially Satan spending the government's money. You should sort this out among yourselves. When the baby is being shuffled around through foster homes or stuck in an orphanage 10 years later, and everybody involved in the ordeal (possibly even you) have been relentlessly tortured by Social Services, you will undoubtedly regret getting DSS involved.

Maybe they get it right once out of every 1,000 peoples' privacy they invade, but it's not worth the risk. Your friend did a shitty thing, but his parents or this little girl's parents will be able to deal with it in a reasonable way.

However, the FRIEND of the BOY who knocked up a little girl will not have much credibility or respect in the eyes of her parents or silly DSS.

on another note, i think you might be jelous of the younger girl for having his kid befor you had a chance to and by putting the baby in care, you can break them up and you can have him all to yourself. Only problem is that once thats done he's going to know you made the call and now you want a way around it so that you can have him when the time is right. but what do i know, im just a 25 y/o guy that gave up his love for love and lost it all ^_^.

 

Department of Social Services doesn't NEED you to call them.
They kidnap innocent kids daily.

Don't empower them even further you'll cause the girl's parents to pay child support AND lose ALL of thier kids.

When DSS grabs one kid they take ALL the rest too.

They lie and cheat in court and paint the parents as the worst things on earth just to fleece them of years worth of money, thier cars, home, jobs ect.

Then they GIVE the kids away to people who don't give a shit about the kids they just want CASH!

Some foster parents sexually abuse the kids too.

They stole my newborn daughter 2 years ago with a bullshit neglect charge and she NEVER made it into my home and we're STILL fighting for her in court.

The foster mom is a rich , single, FIFTY YEAR OLD BITCH.

She smokes like a fucking chimney around my kid and they deny it.
