I would, but in terms of using the passes that were posted.

On a forum i know of theres a section dedicared to sharing porn passwords that were theoretically gotten legally.
Is it illegal for one to come along and just try?
Its a huge site and alot of people seem to do it, so the fbi/law couldnt really crack down on all of them could they?
Like giving jailtime/fines and such.
I would think prevention is key.

First off, I don't think there's any actual LAWS involved; only the rules laid down by the website.

The guy posting up his password is breaking those rules, because they expressly say (in every case I've ever heard of) that you must not share it. If and when they realise what he's done, they'll void the account/password.

You, by using his password, are also breaking their rules, but since you're not a member they can do jack diddly squat to you - you're not bound by their rules in the first place. Of course, you're giving them all the more chance to spot that the password has been shared ("hey up, this guy's logged in from Paraguay, New Zealand and Japan all at the same time. How's he manage that?") ...and therefore, the more people use it, the more likely it is to get wiped from the system.

 

I haven't heard of anyone getting in trouble for using others passwords. The site will block the account once they notice multiple ip address logging in simultaneously.
