I've been thinking alot lately about the fact I am not attracted to anyone my age, and get incredibly turned on by older men. Now I'm not talking Senior Citizen old, but late 20's/early 30's (I've just turned 19). I've had fantasies about everyone from my doctors to teachers. Does anyone else find this? And would there be anything legal preventing a relationship?

Is it normal? Sure, what the hell is normal now-a-days? Are you over 18? Yes? Oh, well that means you're legal.

More or less everything is normal nowadays. I am in relationship with women a lot older than me. She is 52 and I am 22. We started to have sex when I turned 18... can't see anything wrong about it.

 

Sadly when men grow older their seen as more handsome, rouged, and worldly, where as women are not. A wrinkle on a man it no big deal, a wrinkle on a super model, means a need for plastic surgery.

So yes, a younger woman with an older man is more accepted that a younger man with an older woman. You're just conforming to modern society. Nothing wrong with that.

 

If you're really in Russia.. isn't rape legal there? (Or is that Japan I'm thinking of..) I wouldn't see there being any law against a 19 year old being with a 30 year old. When you're 18 you're legal pretty much anywhere..

 

i have a friend who is 16 who is attracted to a man ten years her senior,its normal society nowadays so yes its very acceptable that you are attracted to older men.

 

Nah, it's perfectly normal, and not at all uncommon. And it's legal.

The original poster mentions Doctors, Teachers both professions have an air of authority and nurturing which could also be a factor.

 

I'm not sure there is such a thing as "normal" except when applied to a single individual. Whatever feels right to you is probably normal. I would be careful about relationships with anyone who is in a position of authority over you (teachers, doctors, etc.), as the other person can easily take advantage of the relationship.
