I've made a basic spreader bar and a lead for Barbie. If you search YouTube there is a video of someone making a collar out of rope. Not 100% sure but I think it's by Two Knotty Boys

Depending what you want a collar to be made out of there are various ways you could make them, from rope as mentioned previously or if you want a leather one this might give you an idea, I'm sure a similar method could be altered to get whatever style you had in mind and charity shops always have plenty of old bags going cheap

 

Handmade things are great, if you have the skills...I make my own bondage furniture, and that can be a good time...plus it's perfectly sized for your sub, with a little work....
