Working - because I can't imagine not having a reason to get up in the morning. I would love to think that I will have traveled, met wonderful people. Maybe I will be blessed with more grandchildren. Maybe in 5 years I will have discovered who I really am.

I see myself finishing up college and being married to my lovely GF.

 

My hair is usually up most days (I also have the naughty librarian thing going on too then) and I already have glasses. So 2/2!

 

In five years I plan to be living in the states again and hopefully on the east coast somewhere.

be lovey-dovey, who cares? :mrgreen: if that's what you want, and you find it, good for you!! flaunt it with pride. there's guy out there just as starry-eyed. =p my boyfriend being one. lol, his female friend told me "that's all he does is talk about you." a year later! if you find it, tell the world. be happy, and fuck (not literally) anyone that has an issue with it.

if you fail, chalk it off as "well, that wasn't for me." and move on! you live once, who says you can't keep quitting til you find what you truly love? there's nothing written in stone that says you can't do that. speak with your advisor at school, tell him that you don't think this is the field for you, it's not what you thought it would be, and tell him what you want. exactly what you're interested in, even if it's video games. he'll tell you what credits you could transfer over to another field, (it'll probably be most) and then make a choice. remember, you live once...don't waste it on being dissatisfied with your career. you make your own life, be happy with it!

i see it like this: you don't like your job? quit and go for what you like. because the job you quit, someone else needs or maybe even wants. so instead of waking up every morning dreading to go to work, you'll possibly wake up motivated and ready to change your life with a more satisfying career. and if "motivated" and "satisfied" still doesn't fit you, then there's still something out there that does. you just need to find it.

 

Lucky for me i,ve reached my dream, and i hope to see myself in five years at the level i am today.
