Someone with a fair amount of intelligence is attractive and if that someone can string out a good conversation then even better............However self absorbed intellectual snobs are extremelly boring.

 

Well I thought doing a physics degree would put people off so I tried not to mention it too much, but apparently the Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen paradox can be sexy sometimes if suitable engineered into a conversation. Not that I'm sure I could get with the guy who thought so...

I wouldn't say that I like men smarter than me...but at least as smart. It is nice to be able to hold an intelligent conversation once and a while.

 

I have always enjoyed the company of intelligent and successful women. I married an honor society girl, dated the two girls with the highest grades in my class, and recently had a wonderful evening with a lady COO for a civil engineering company - ending in a really intense snog to be followed up with what I expect to be an unbelievable consummation on our next date.

Intelligent women in general have more of a libido and are far more interesting in bed due to the inquisitive nature of their mind and the fact that they must be very restrained in their social life in order to be taken seriously by their peers at work or study.

When the frocks are coming off they tend to be far more open and willing to explore new experiences.

Nothing excites me more than an active mind.

For me intelligence or a good sense of humor can make a girl go from average to hot.

 

Intelligence is very important for me. I couldn't date someone dumber than I. That doesn't mean I expect him to like the same sorts of things I like, since not everyone loves Keats like I do, but I do expect him to be able to understand abstract concepts easily. My boyfriend is great in that respect.

 

I'm consistently astounded when someone answers "no" to this question. If an attractive woman opens her mouth and reveals an empty head, it just about kills my libido. I can think of sooooo many ways that smarts make relationships better - not the least of which is powers of imagination :awesome:

I had a buddy while serving in the Marines that would not date smart girls. He wanted his women dumb and horny. He got laid alot, but if he found out that a girl had been "hiding" how smart she was, it would get him really irate. :lol: What a douchebag!

 

I can't see intelligence being intimidating unless it is being used in a way that makes it intimidating.

Intelligence also has very little to do with book smarts, IMO. Intelligence is problem solving, the ability to reason and think abstractly, not how many years you have spent in school.

I find intelligence extremely attractive, never could stand giggly bimbos or having to limit my vocabulary to words with less than three syllables to have a conversation. Plus after viewing your album, I think you are an extremely beautiful young woman
