Breast size is absolutely irrelevant to me. I never cared about it. I think the only reason women get breast implants is for self-esteem. This is a justifiable reason. If she feels better about herself after the operation then good for her.

If the breasts are naturally of different size and the difference is discernible then though I wouldn't have a problem with them, I would totally understand why a female would want implants.

Bottom line, for me, bust size is completely irrelevant.

Personally I like natural breasts that are in proportion to the rest of her body, I don't like implants really, not that i've been with a girl who's had implants!! My first girlfriends breasts were a 34D which on her was a perfect size, not too small, not too big, another girlfriend had a pair of 36DD breasts which were just on the bit too big size for me, my last girlfriend had a pair of 38F which weren't too bad. More than a handfull.....is a waste!!
