I do find it uncomfortable, but some times I'll forget to bring in fresh undies after taking a shower. So I just walk through the house fully clothed. Wow, this is a difficult one to answer for me.

It depends on what I am wearing, if I am wearing shorts or pants then I have to wear underwear otherwise it would be very uncomfortable.

Under skirt, I feel best not wearing underwear.

 

I almost always sleep without underwear. Usually wear it during the day/evening. If I don't, it's usually a sexual thing.. but do it too often and it'd lose its sexyness.. so I shall wear it most of the time, so I can continue to enjoy its absence!
