I was curious as to PC exercises. If you keep doing them, does it just plain solve the problem? Because everytime I read about it, I always read stuff about "you will gain better control." I would say, try experimenting with different positions. For me, if i'm having sex missionary style, I last about 3 to 5 minutes...I finger my girl right before, and get her to the edge, so 3-5 min is plenty of time for her to cum.
