Such photos ARE illegal in some places. Even cartoons that depict under-aged subjects can be illegal.

 

Technically is not illegal if the pictures, graphics or drawings are fake or if they are adults pretending to be minors. Both the Child Online Protection Act (COPA) of 1998 and the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) of 2000 were found to violate the First and Fifth Amendments of the United States Constitution and were struck down, but it has yet to be interpreted if the PROTECT Act of 2003 pohibits all kind of depictions of minors or just those that are indistinguishable... parts of that act has been found unconstitutional... So it appears to be legal as long as it is fake..

I'm refering to the US ONLY, it is ilegal in Europe, UK and other countries...

IMO, why bother with it all. If you like fake underage stuff then just stick to legal aged petite and small tit porn. It does not matter how old the persons depicted in the photo currently are; what matters is their age at the time of the photos, or the intended age of depiction.

That is; a photo which is illegal now will not become legal simply because the subject(s) in them have reached the age of majority.

Of course, new photos after that point are a different story.

 

unfortunately it is. Look up Max Hardcore online. He went to prison for having a 19 year old girl, during some racy sex scenes in a porno pose as a 13 year old girl. I know it's not exactly the same thing but the concept is still the same.

 

This isn't a person posing as a minor, these are fake pictures of a minor girl. Not the same concept because a modified photo isn't similar to somebody in a costume:excited:

When I read this Forum topic, what came to mind is the practice of Perveted Justice. Whats to stop, Vice agents from photoshoping pics to get hits on a site, hits that can potentially lead back to the user of the computer?

Your hard drive, packed away somewhere where only the super good snoops can go can get you sent to jail for a very long time in my State.
