For me, it's a turn-off. A woman's body is beautiful on its own; altering it is like defacing a work of art.

I will, however, admit that there can be exceptions. The occasional artistic and well-done tattoo can add an exotic appeal, but most tattoos end up looking like ugly birthmarks. As far as piercings go, I'm a traditionalist. Ears only as far as I'm concerned.

Tattoos can look really good sometimes. It's really hit and miss. It's not about size or color or anything, I've seen girls that were plastered head-to-toe in brightly colored tattoos that looked absolutely beautiful...and others who just looked trashy.

Not really into piercing myself. Pierced nipples/pussy don't interest me at all and I'm neutral on bellybuttons and ears.

I was talking to my boss about this the other day because one of the girls at work just had a surface piercing under her eye, on her cheek, we agreed that often piercings can enhance features, or draw peoples attention to them more.

I personally hate the idea of cosmetic modifications (hell, I even hate people with tattoos on principle). Conversely, I think things like those magnetic implants you can put into fingertips to sense EM fields and similar modifications to be fascinating - that's not really related to sex though, so I guess my answer is no.

 

I like all stock parts personally. Tattoo's are fine as long as they have meaning but just ink for the sake of ink is dumb. Piercings.... I could live without especially the more garish sort.
