Never made much money but I have seen a lot of really neat stuff over the years.

Few odd jobs that never lasted while in school.

Stereo/interior installer in the mid-80s when the big booming systems were king. Made cars for shops all over the country and I was the one that got to deliver them. New York City, Phoenix, Cleveland...

Drove trucks for a decade.

Drove the bus for minor league sports team until I got laid off this past Sept. Hockey, baseball and arena football. Fucking blast.

Driving taxis. More fun than I ever imagined it would be. Drag queen will get out, next fare will be a millionaire at the airport. Drop him off and pick up a crackhead looking for fix... Like it way more than I should. Got a flag on my license so now I am un-employed.....

my first job was working at a gas station when i was in high school and i actually started there when i was 12 so by the time i got my drivers licance i bought my fav. car (70 dodge super bee) when i graduated from high school i started with a small local fire dept. but when it expanded i stayed there for nearly 30 years im retired as of now but still teaching some classes for that fire dept. i had part time jobs when i was at the fire dept. including being a road kill collector

most wouldnt believe it but ive been a shop manager for a diesel mechanics shop...even did all the book keeping.:excited:

 

My first job was a dish washer at a drive in restaurant.
My favorite job was as an all night DJ at a small town radio station. The pay was terrible but the phone calls from listeners were interesting. Everything from guys crying in their beer to marriage proposals from girls I never met.

 

I've only really been a salesclerk (they call it model) at my local hollister. not a great job but it gets me money over the summers.
