First of all to judge someone that is over weight, big, fat, what ever you want to call it and think they eat constantly all day is so immature. You need to get facts before you speak. I do understand that there are some who in fact all they do is eat and they just dont care then you have the "big girls" like me who have had medical conditions all their life I have a thyroid condition and metabolism in my body just does not exist, i am also insulin resistant, and have poly cystic overy syndrome so in some ways yes i can help my size but in others i cant when my body does not want to work with me. I have been on a work out plan and a special diet for about 9 months now and i've only lost 30lbs. It is people like you who make me angry. They don't stop and think about it they just assume because we are fat that we eat everything that is put in front of us.

I am a big girl and you know what I know that I am trying my best to be as healthy as I can be and I have accepted myself for who I am and people love me. Im not bitter about my weight and I dont walk around bitching about it or complaining about it. I know who I am and there are people who are willing to accept me for me. What makes someone beautiful isn't the way they look on the outside its how they carry themselves and their confidants and their will to push on no matter what life throws at them.

 

Do you know what I dislike?

Bigoted self centered close minded people who believe that they were put upon this earth to judge everyone by their outwardly appearance. Stereotyping an "overweight" individual is equal to me claiming that "skinny" people eat and puke themselves until they're blue in the face. Now either assumption is made without cold hard facts or evidence of any kind whatsoever, but I am sure there are some who hold those opinions to be self evident.

I wouldn't say you fall in to the category of true BBW, maybe the low ranges that's often called 'chubby', same as me. I'm in the UK, and I'm a size 18, use to be a 24.. So I know what it's like. I've got a picture thread on here, and I've have (almost) nothing but positive feedback. Then again, I'm pretty careful with my camera angles!
My suggestion is to take the plunge, find some really flattering knickers and take a shot or two.. The feedback you get on here is amazing, and can really boost your confidence!
