Nope, because of contractions during an orgasm it actually is impossible for a woman to urinate while that's going on.

I like to hold my pee till after I orgasm, not only is my orgasm better, but when I do get to pee, it feels almost as good as the orgasm.

It may be a rarity for this to happen, but I don't believe that it's "impossible". There's too much variation in the way human sexual parts are put together, and in particular, there's way too much variation in the ways women's bodies manifest orgasm.

And in women, it's not like the case with men, where some of the same plumbing is used for two distinct functions: expelling either semen or urine. So offhand I can't see any reason why it should even be particularly difficult for this to happen with women.

 

Yeah, I've done it, not something I regularly but it does make the orgasms more powerful.
