Which does which, are you scared of ghosts or gods?

I love the way if something appears inn fiction then it happens to someone but always when they are alone in a remote place and have no means of taking a decent picture.
Monsters under the bed never bothered me as a child and lycans, vampires, mummies and zombies don't bother me now.
And why the fuck do aliens always gang probe rednecks in the middle of nowhere.

 

Maybe if you and Smc had your spiders say "BOO" he would of appreciated your posts more. I found both worthy of a chuckle and a smile. Back to bed and try to get some sleep I am...try not to troll too many threads in my absence, I'd hate to miss the laughs.:laughing:

I don't fear either of the two but I do get a little nervous when Big Foot is roaming around my house.
And I will have you know that not all of us Rednecks in the middle of nowhere have been probed by aliens. Although I have been probed by Rednecks.:excited:

 

All of you people who say ghosts aren't real cannot prove it. Just like I cannot prove what happened to me is true. I just know it happened. I saw it. I wasn't half asleep, drunk or on any kind of drug. Too many people have had expierences with ghosts to disclaim it as a fake.

 

I probally would have laughed if the spiders not only said BOO! But were wearing little white sheets to signify that they were ghost spiders. Since this thread is about ghosts.

 

You do not have to prove things "do not" exist. If there is no evidence, you have to try and prove that they do exist. Tha'ts just how science works. Otherwise I could say, you can't prove that I do not have an invisible cyclops in my refrigerator, and you can't. That doesn't mean there is any proof that it's true.
In any event, we as humans, love to make shit up, so much so that we try to fool ourselves and often succeed. I have no doubt when people tell me about their experiences. I am sure they believe it's true. But the reality is, that it's all just in your head.

I have had several experiences in the building where I work. I will not bother you with the details, because skeptics will not believe, and believers will not be skeptical. Until, you have your own experience, will you believe.

I am a susceptible skeptic. I think there is enough evidence to suggest the possibility of ghosts, but no proof that is universally acceptable.

Where is this evidence, I guess all you can offer is anecdotal statements such as we have seen on this thread.

my story is this.about 5 years ago i went to my uncle's place in goa(india) to enjoy my 2months holidays,their he used to have a poultry farm.I basically went their to enjoy my time but 3 days in a week i used to help him with his business.One day during afternoon after having our lunch we went inside a chick barn,and inside what we saw scared the living hell out of us,right in front of us we saw a man hanging down from the support column of the roof.our earlier reaction was "shit one of our worker committed suicide" but in an instant that thing disappeared.after this,we discussed this incident with worker who used to work in that place before my uncle bought it from the previous owner.He told us that one year before the sale of the property,one worker committed suicide driven by his habit of gambling and alcohol,but he said that he committed suicide early in the morning.....

 

If you are telling the truth, and if both of you saw this, that is impressive evidence. Sightings of ghosts are often attributed to hallucinations, but two people do not have simultaneous hallucinations.

 

It is difficult to do a scientific study of ghosts because the events are rare and random. If one could predict in advance when a ghost would appear, one could have measuring devices in place.

 

Yes of course, if one could predict when "god" performs a miracle we would have proof of his existence to.
