I imagine that there are many potential problems here, so I'll address the one I'm personally familiar with. Are your hips wider than hers? If not, you can ignore what follows; it probably won't help you.

If the man's hips are wider than the woman's the standard missionary position and several other standard positions will be uncomfortable for her unless she's very limber, or, if she isn't uncomfortable, the man may not be able to get sufficient penetration or generate action against her clitoris. You can try doggy style or either of the following positions.

With her on her back she bring legs up like she's trying to touch her breasts with her knees. Her knees should be at least as far apart as your body is wide. If this is uncomfortable to her skip this position and go on to the one below. Penetrate her slowly, using your hands if neccessary and putting as little weight on her as possible. When it feels like you are in as deep as you can go, stop. She should still be able to adjust her position, bringing her hips up a bit and moving her feet and calves to rest on or outside your hips. Once you are both comfortable (or, hopefully, pleasantly uncomfortable) you can both move slowly. Hard thrusts can wait until you're both familiar with your limits. Until then, just play in a limited range while finding out what you react to and what she reacts to.

Alternatively she can be on top. You will be need to support most, if not all, of her weight as she kneels on you prior to penetration. Preferably (unless she's very light) her weight should be spread across her thighs, though her shins can also work. You can also support some of her weight with your arms, though this can lead to problems when she moves to put you in her.
