No, I do not live vicariously through the internet. I am who I am on here. If someone does not like it, well they can ignore me. But I do not think I have upset that many members on here.

Why be fake and be someone you are not? I never have seen the benefit from that.

I always say just be yourself, and if someone does not like you, so be it. A person cannot always please everyone, but a person can please at least someone.

 

I am glad to see the post here are on my side or think the way I do about this topic/issue of this internet world.

Judging by the responses and the number of active members here I can see that there must be a lot of fakes....I thought for sure I would get someone that did not agree with me but I guess the people that do this REALLY are PUSSIES and low down dirty rotten unintelligent scum of the earth. However they were smart enough not to come defend for they would reveal and lose there anonymity.

I agree completely. Several members here can testify to the fact that I am just who I say I am. I'm no model and I'm not a millionaire. Just an average person who works for a living and comes here for a bit of fun.

I can see you've had some people lie to you, but I never have lived vicariously through the internet, unless you consider talking to people to be doing that. On the other hand, I met my husband 6 years ago on a MMORPG, and we're now happily married with a child. The worst I've done is omit stuff that I don't think anyone could believe unless they really knew me. There was a case when I was telling the truth, but the person I was talking too twisted it all up in his head, and somehow he assumed I was this sweet-heart person, and he freaked when he realized I was telling the truth, that I do have sex, that I don't actually know how many men I've been with (never bothered to count), that I really was a little overwieght. That's not my fault, that's his, for not listening to what I was saying, and looking at the world though his own rose colored glasses. You can never know everything about another person, and especially not over the internet, but you can learn to judge who's honest.
