I once saw a sticker on a car of a man in a wheelchair (the handicapped sign) but with a woman on top.
I didn't like it just because it was on a car and it was big, and children in other cars could have easily seen it.
But the position was nice and I would definitely try it.
As for those asking, yeah, having sex with someone with a mental disability is illegal (including down syndrome and the such). I think it falls under statutory rape (just like having sex with a minor) because they don't know what they're doing and we can't say that they agreed to it.

I met a girl at the bar that was in a wheel chair. I didn't realize it for the first 10 minutes or so that we were talking. She was really cool, definitely something sexy about her (probably the low cut shirt she was wearing). We ended up hanging out all night at the bar, but we didn't go home together that night (her idea, not mine - she was out with friends and didn't want to have to explain to them that she was about to go home with me). We ended up meeting up for dinner the next night and that night ended back at my place.

It's definitely different in that she couldn't move her legs herself, so it was something to adjust to, but she wasn't a virgin and definitely had some fun ideas for positions. It would depend on the disability I guess. My only experience is having sex with a one-armed guy I met in a pub in Cardiff. Despite losing an arm just above the elbow, he was a very good pool player and of course it didn't interfere with his ability to fuck.

Disabled

Didn't realise that being disabled meant no longer human. I had a short albeit loving relationship with a 28 year old woman who had multiple sclerosis and couldn't part her legs. That meant rear entry but she loved our sessions and loved getting a bit of the "one eyed warrior".

i guess physically disabled people can get the same urges as an able bodied person, so why not have consensual fun when the needs take hold. so the answer is yes mmmmm.
mentally disabled is another matter, you could be seen as taking advantage. so the answer is no.
