I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. I enjoy reading others' stories and comments, but have never bothered to post myself.

Anyway, I come here looking for a bit of advice and some perspective on a situation.

I work in a star restaurant and make very long hours a day, everyone in the staff does. Because most of us are fairly young and outgoing people you can understand that flirtation is commonplace on the workfloor. This usually extends outside work as well, but very few colleagues actually hook up.

Anyway, I've been good friends with a colleague of mine for a while, she helped me get over my break-up a couple of months ago and we've always supported each other. At work people consider us twins 'cause we're always teasing each other and have a bit of a brother-sisterly bond.

The past week was a holiday week for us and I spent a couple of nights at her place. I've slept with girls before without having sex and this was (supposed) to be no different. Ofcourse, there was flirting and some massages, but we both agreed we wouldn't go any further. She's actually very careful of showing too much affection, because most men try to jump her bones at the first opportunity.

All was fine and well, until one morning she was laying in my arms, but I could feel her playing with herself under the blankets. Not wanting to be rude, and being slightly turned on, I kept quiet. Could be, on the other hand we were both still pretty drunk and she hasn't gotten laid in months...

I don't know, I'm never this unsure about women or stuff in general but I have no idea how to handle this situation.

 

If you want her to make the first move then just tell her what you told us and see where she leads.

If you want to take charge, tell her that you like her as more than just a friend or a sister and want to take it to the next level.

Friends & Lovers

Chances are, if you don't help her with her sexual needs, someone will & you'll lose a lover as well as a friend. Quit second-guessing & dinking around. Know the meaning of "spontaneous?" If she provides another occasion for you to stay over - a second chance - you'd better have something more to offer than foot rubs. For her sake... think of someone other than yourself.
