I remember seeing that channel. On our televisions it came in clear when we turned the picture knobs at the bottom. Those were the days.

 

There was a time, more recently, when it was easy to cheat the smart cards of the satellite receiver and that also brought massive amounts of porn to the TV. LOL!!!! Boy, you really brought back memories with that one. I remember being up many late nights and early mornings as a teen trying to watch porn on cable tv through the scrambled signal on my tv set. However, this was more like in 1983 or 84 for me, in the very early days of cable television. Satellite was not available back then. The two main cable providers in the Chicago, where I grew up, was ON TV and Spectrum.

On some nights, the signal would sometimes unscramble and you could get a clear picture and even sound if you turned the volume on the tv way up.

Back then, us kids had to work HARD to see porn. Now it is basically a click away.

Wow, I had no idea the scrambled porn channels were available that far back. I didn't get a TV with cable in my bedroom until I was 11. But in all honesty all of that work was part of the fun. Sometimes I still pine for the good ol' days of fiddling with the TV in hopes of seeing a boobie.

Yeah those were the good old days. I was about 13 or 14 back then and can remeber that the older, get this...... black and white sets seemed to be able to pick up a better unscrambled picture. Back then, the porno movies did not air until after midnight, sometimes at 1 a.m. I can remember many days of forcing myself to stay awake in class because I was up until 2 and 3 a.m watching porn on a tv with a scrambled picture. Ahhhhh memories.

there was a one channel porn station in the 80's called

SUPER TV. you had to watch, whatever they fuckin put on there.
you had no choice at the time. me and my friends, would mess around

we didn't care about not having no sound at the time. the picture

in my teens, my brother had a friend two doors down from us.
mind you, we already have cable. BUT, my brother's friend along with
his brother, had this little thing called

" THE BLACK BOX ". it was a descrambler. we watch soo much uncensored
porn in our teens. our parents were down the hall asleep too. we had it
very low to barely hearing it. we had it for a long time. not sure
whatever became of the black box.

THOSE WERE THE DAYS. wish those days never ended. the things we
did to get porn, no matter what shape or form it came in.

it was the very early 80's. 80/81 to be honest.

this was in the WASHINGTON,D.C.. the local and only cable network
was called as i said before, SUPER T.V.. it came on channel 50.
this is when, the surroundings suburbs had cable and the district didn't.

people in the district ( much older guys mainly ) drove to friends house's
across the city or to the suburbs to watch the fights on cable.
while us little one's got stuck in the house being bored.

but, when you saw that commercial about late night adult film, you
knew to be in the house before that time. a friend of mine, lived right
down the street from the cable network.

MAN OH MAN, !! the signal was fucking clear at his house. he didn't have
cable either. talk about two horny little turds. yaaa zooo !.

I remember a bunch of my friends all saying that they heard that if you went to Radio Shack you could buy some circuitry that would un-scramble the image.

OMG yes! I found that locally if you got a scene where it was mostly the same color and even texture the scramble went very flat. Color was off, but it was basically one wiggly line up the middle. So, in porn, anytime it zoomed in on the naked body it cleared enough for me to enjoy!
