I started at 14 & thought that was fine, then lost my virginity at 16, but some people start this stuff a lot younger. Need to qualify the original question

This is a pretty common asked question, but I wish people would qualify it a bit more. When they ask when someone begins masturbating, do they mean:

C) In the case of guys, when do they begin to ejaculate.
