My wife will have to have a hysterectomy soon. I am wondering about a couple of things. Right now, she can have orgasms three different ways.

1. Penetration - fingers, toys, cock
2. Clit stimulation
3. Nipple stimulation

She gets wet very easy, and sometimes, she is so wet, I can not cum because not enough friction....but that just means more fucking.

During nipple stimulation, she says she can feel her uterus contract, and has a great orgasm.

Questions:
1. Do all women get dry after hysterectomy?
2. Can she still have nipple orgasms?
3. What else can I expect after this surgery?

Don't know how much help I can be. I had my hysterectomy when I was 34, I'm 62 now. I can tell you that before the surgery, I couldn't have sex - it was to painfull. After, you WILL have to use a lubracant, at least at first (each time) after she gets turned on a bit, she will start to get wet.Just be patient, and take your time and everything should by fine.
Some women lose interest in sex, but that wasn't the case with me - it's still mostly a nightly routine. Good luck. ;-D

I haven't had one but due to my health issues and family history, it's something I've researched a lot. All I can tell you is that most of the women who notice a change are the ones who have their ovaries and/or cervix removed. Those who just have the uterus removed seem to have little to no side effects (once they've allowed themselves to heal properly).

First I am a male so I can only tell of my multi years of experience with ladies that have had this operation.

Some may go of sex all together since they think that it is pointless if they can not reproduce, they can also lose the feelings in that area.

Others may show more of an interest in sex since they will be free of any pain or discomfort and they will no longer have the worry of pregnancy.

This could make them much more adventurous and free with their favours, after all, they have nothing to loose. All pleasure, no worries and no pain.

I am thinking back to mates young wife. Impossible to seduce and a strict prude in all sex matters. Had the operation and then it was thighs wide open for friends and she turned into a screaming, squirting sex machine who could not get enough, her Husband was glad of any help he could get.

The truth is that all women are affected differently. She may need a bit of extra lube to start off the act but maybe your pre-cum might be enough to keep it going.

Wait and see but the main thing she will need is plenty of patience and loving to show that you desire her and that she is still a sexy lady.
