So unless you get tested a few weeks after each partner you don't know FOR SURE you don't have it if you're having unprotected sex. If you have the same partner being faithful to them and their fucking other people or they haven't been tested themselves there is a risk.

I've been bad in the past and didn't use a condom with quite a few women but if I thought they were shady(higher risk) I'd use one but it's easy in the heat of the moment to just not use one, even if you put one on before you first penetrated her.
