    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    I would recommend doing P90X. That way you'll not only learn to eat healthy, but you'll build muscle tone, strength, energy and overall fitness. I am 6 weeks into it, but some of my friends have completed it already ( its 13 weeks ) and have amazing results. Much healthier to go that route too than a crash diet.

    Oh, and eat slower. Your brain takes awhile to send out the signal that you're full, and commonly we stuff up more than we should.

    And eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 or whatever you do. You want to do that to keep your metabolism burning all day long.

    Do like me, stop eating as much. Biggest weight gainer for me was alcoholic beverages, I avoided them for a while and lost 70 lbs

    I'm thinking about doing that simple thing and cut my portions and increase exercise.

    I'm never going to do a crash diet, stop eating, or binge and purge.

    I cut out colas a year ago this month. Quite proud of myself :) My family has a history of diabetes and so I decided to cut out all the sugary drinks. That doesn't mean I switched to "diet" colas either - those are just chemicals too. Switch to water and organic juices, organic milk, etc, if you want to be healthy.

    Don't eat fast food!

    If you have Netflix, watch that movie SuperSize Me, and Food Inc. it will change your outlook :)

    50lbs by the new year, impossible, the safest ways is to eat healthy small portions, now snacks or cookies, eat fruit instead of candy, drink water instead of fizzy pop and exercise for one hour at least 3 times a week.

    Or you can try the chemo diet, it works but is extreme.

    i dont care how bad i want to lose weight, i wouldn't damage my body anymore with chemicals than absolutely necessarry. the drink water bit is an excellent way to loose and save money and make your dentist happy all in one

    Lowering your carbohydrate intake will help you loose weight..Avoiding bread, sugars and white paste will help dramatically..Eat fish, oily fish are good for you, wholemeal pasta in small amounts, chicken no skin..vegetables are fine but avoid dressings.. Grill meat if you eat meat, don't fry foods, steam vegetables and don't use butter.

    Sugar is a killer so sweeten things with Honey.. Small meals spread throughout the day are better than skipping meals, always have breakfast, porridge, fruit smoothies, fresh fruit.

    Keep the diet varied so as you dont get bored and avoid crash dieting, dangerous and the weight soon piles back on..treat yourself once a week so you don't feel you are denying yourself something and take regular exercise. Walk don't take the car, climb the stairs rather than take the elevator, ride a bike, walk the dog, have sex, so long as what you do gets the heart rate going then its going to help..

    Sitting on your arse cruising a porn forum wont help but at least it will keep you amused..

    That much weight loss on that time scale is not sustainable IMO. A steady loss of no more than 3lb a week is more realistic; it took me 6 months to lose 50lb, with Weight Watchers.
