Rolling Stones at Fenway Park.....but close second was Lenny Kravitz and Areosmith.

 

the best I saw was one I can't even remember their names. A couple, played a mix of their own and covers.

But on that particular night, and my particualr mood and circumstances it was like every song they played was for me, and he vocie sounded to me like golden honey and the notes better than any orchestra could manage.

not a world class concert, not an overly special occasion but as lomng as Im able to remember that evening I will always be able to cheer myself up.

That would have been awesome :excited: I have a dvd that has the concert video from that tour I saw the Priest in 2008 and it was my favorite concert until the Roger Waters one 2 years ago.

 

I think I peaked too early. 16 years old, 1st concert, nothing has bettered it since !

I saw The Wall tour last year. The visuals in that blew my mind, I almost felt guilty for not being on drugs. Saw Maiden on their Somewhere back in Time tour a few years ago, they were great, I cannot believe it took me so long to see them after being a fan for 25 years.

My first concert was Exodus/Megadeth, November 2004.

My friend and I had a brownie shortly before the Wall show started and I remember when Goodbye Blue Sky started and you see the birds flying across the wall, I was so zoned out on that. The section we were in (upper section) the row in front were passing a joint to each other and the guy to my right, he was an older guy and asked if I wanted some of his joint but I declined because I already pretty stoned. My friend already mentioned having brownies again when we go see him in May.

I also saw Maiden on the Somewhere Back in Time tour and the Final Frontier tour. I went with my brother's friend (who is turning 38 this year) to the SBIT tour and it was also his first time seeing them and he'd been a fan since the 80's. He enjoyed it a lot, as did I.

 

Only been to a few concerts but Flogging Molly was probably the best

 

Brian Adams - he was amazing, especially for his age.
