    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    Wasn't sure if I should post this here or in general discussion since it's not really sexual in nature, but whatever.

    So I've decided to try to give myself an enema and was hoping that some people on here who have done it before can ease my fears about a few things.

    I decided that I'd be able to err on the safe side by following the instructions for a child's saline enema because I'm a small person. That being said, I'm still a bit paranoid that I'll somehow wind up with an electrolyte imbalance if I attempt to "hold" the fluid. One time in the past I managed to "hold" a plain water enema for 5 - 10 minutes, and wound up feeling dizzy and freaked out because I thought I was going to die from a cardiac abnormality or something. For some reason I'm afraid the same thing might happen even though I added a correct amount of salt.

    So should I attempt to hold it, or should I just squirt it in (I'm using a large bulb syringe thingy) and immediately squirt it out?

    If ur using the enema for sexual purposes only, you don't use the saline. Pour it out, refill the bottle with warm water and then use that.....

    Look up past posts in this forum by Snoochie's, I talked with her in the past about enema's, she says that saline dehydrates you as your colon absorbs the salt. Also look for my thread anal sex class, she gave me a huge helping hand in it, all about enema's.

    DO NOT USE SALINE. Warm water is best. If you want to fake sick for something and actually be sick, then use saline. LOL

    Remember that whatever goes into your ass gets absorbed into your blood stream. I recommend purified warm water NOT saline. I've used Coffee, Red Bull, Diluted Wine you name it! As far as holding it, the longer you hold the liquid inside you the deeper the liquid goes into you, hence the cleaner you get.
