The 'no underage content' means, and has always meant, that images and video of anyone under 18 was not allowed. Posting it would result in an instant ban and - at least at one point - details being forwarded to relevant authorities.

The rule was later extended to stories.

There is a separate rule that stipulates that all users must be over 18.
