Last time I checked, most of the world understood how windows work. People who want privacy close their window coverings or live somewhere that they don't have neighbors with a direct line of sight into their home. So, she either wants someone to watch or she's incredibly stupid. Either way, no one's getting hurt so I don't see the problem.
